How should I choose between Ultra-clean IP and Clean IP?

Compare the current risk-score range, ASN, availability, and price first. If your workflow has a specific maximum risk score or network ownership requirement, choose by those criteria. If it does not, do not select Ultra-clean IP solely because of the tier name. Both tiers provide details to help you choose; neither guarantees connection quality, platform trust, or account results.

How should I use the IP risk score and ASN when choosing?

The IP risk score reflects historical risk signals observed in a third-party assessment. ASN identifies the network owner and operator. Start with the region that matches your target market, then filter by an explicit risk-score range or ASN requirement. If you do not require a specific ASN, do not assume that one ASN is safer or more stable by default. Clean IP inventory comes from select Native Residential inventory and excludes Broadcast Residential IPs. Choose Standard if broader location, IP type, availability, or pricing options matter more.

Can I see the exact IP before payment? What will I receive after payment?

The exact IP address is not shown before payment. You can first compare the selected region’s cleanliness tier, risk-score range, ASN, availability, and starting price. In the Dashboard, choose exact subnets and quantities and confirm the final total. After payment, you receive the proxy address, port, username, and password for HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 connections.

Does each account, store, or browser profile need its own IP?

It is generally best to assign a separate IP to each account, store, client, or browser profile that needs to remain independent, so unrelated environments do not share the same network exit. The number of IPs you need depends mainly on how many business environments must remain separate. An IP only separates the network exit; devices, profiles, account details, and behavior still need to be managed separately.

Is the IP dedicated, and will it change while I use it?

Yes. After assignment, the IP is dedicated to you and remains fixed during the current 30-day purchase term. It does not rotate between requests or sessions. Keeping the same IP after the term depends on completing renewal before expiry and the resource remaining renewable.

How am I billed? Are traffic and concurrent sessions unlimited?

Pricing is based on IP quantity and a 30-day purchase term, with no per-GB billing. The Dashboard confirms the final total before payment. Traffic and concurrent sessions are unlimited during the term, but this does not guarantee fixed bandwidth, speed, latency, or a successful result for every connection.

Can a low risk score guarantee that my account will not be reviewed or restricted?

No. Clean IPs can reduce uncertainty about IP history and network ownership before purchase, but they cannot guarantee approval or prevent verification, restrictions, or penalties. Account results also depend on devices, browser profiles, account details, permissions, payment information, behavior, and platform rules.

If I renew before expiry, can I keep using the same IP?

Yes, but renewal must be completed before the current order expires, the resource must remain renewable, and the system must be able to extend the existing assignment. Once the order expires, the original IP is no longer retained, and a later purchase may receive a new IP.

How can I get help with connection or setup issues?

How are IP cleanliness and risk scores assessed?

The IP cleanliness and risk scores shown on this site are based on Ping0.cc assessments. Ping0.cc explains “What is a risk score?” as follows:

A risk score represents the risk level of an IP address. The higher the value, the higher the risk. Scores of 50 or below are considered safe, while scores of 70 or above can be blocklisted directly. 15 or below: Extremely clean IP, shown in dark green. 15 - 25: Clean IP, shown in green. 25 - 40: Neutral IP, shown in yellow-green. 40 - 50: Slight-risk IP, shown in yellow. 50 - 70: Moderately high-risk IP, shown in orange. 70 or above: Extremely high-risk IP, shown in red, and can be blocklisted directly. Ping0 uses large-scale data to monitor whether an IP has engaged in scanning, brute-force attacks, crawling, outbound attacks, sending spam, acting as a C&C service for trojans or other malware, and similar behaviors. The score also considers the number and frequency of these risky activities. On CentOS, check /var/log/secure. On Debian/Ubuntu, check the output of journalctl -u ssh. These logs contain IP addresses that attempted to brute-force your SSH password.
